tending grief together

  • 1:1 Grief Companioning

A space to be witnessed in your grief without needing to explain it, rush through it, or make it more presentable. In these one-on-one sessions, we tend to what aches with care, curiosity, and presence. Through deep listening, somatic practices, and ritual, we make room for what grief is asking of you.

    Available online or in person.

  • Threshold Companioning

One-on-one support for those preparing to die, or those tending a loved one through the end of life.

These sessions offer support for what arises in the presence of death. Practical questions, emotional overwhelm, moments of meaning, and the unknown. Whether you're facing your own transition or walking beside someone you love, this is a place to slow down, receive steadiness, and orient to what’s unfolding inside and around you.

    Available online or in person.
